SHAKTI: EMBODYING THE GODDESS OF YOGA in honor of Sally Kempton

Open to the empowered sacred feminine within your subtle body through the energies of the Goddesses of Yoga and the Shakti (energy) life force. This class will explore the iconography, mythology and devotional practices of the Goddess Lalita Tripura Sundari, the Playful One who can help your reorder your priorities, bring physical healing, kindle joy, ignite pleasure, uproot habit patterns, and connect you to your truest highest intuitive self. Meditation, light movement, mantra, connection, blissful heart opening practices will be offered.
FALL EQUINOX FULL MOON cacao ceremony

THE FALL EQUINOX IS A TIME OF PAUSE & SELF CARE. It is a transitional moment between the bright half of the year and the dark half of the year. On the equinox the sun crosses the equator and there are exactly equal hours of day and night. Come align yourself with the cosmos above for an evening ritual and intention that will bring balance to your life. Your Guide, Dawn Feuerberg, will share intentional shamanic rituals, lineage based chakra meditation, ancient yogic contemplations, and a beautiful cacao ceremony to align with your heart’s truest desires. The organic cacao is sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico, Dawn’s second home. When prepared ceremonially and enjoyed with intention, cacao is a potent energetic medicine that can relax the body, help you focus, enhance creativity, and facilitate deep inner meditations and connections.
NAVARATRI CELEBRATION: Awakening the Goddess

Navaratri, the 9 day Goddess festival, is one of the most celebrated holidays in India & around the world. It is devoted to honoring unique personalities of the Divine Mother, with each goddess ofering us a different gift and power that can be the source of transformative wisdom in your own life.
An enlivened sacred mantra practice, guided tantra meditation, and potent practices will be offerend that was passed down through Dawn’s teacher, Sally Kempton, the highly regarded scholar of Spiritual Tantra* Philosophy.
DAY OF THE DEAD CEREMONY & Sugared Skull Ritual
Oct. 25th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 9th Limb Yoga, Morro Bay.
It is an auspicious time to celebrate life and death. In this evening of ancient ritual and intention we will use the energy of the season to guide you into an inner meditative journey of the heart (Anahata) chakra. We will honor our deceased loved ones in community & playfully embrace life and death through ancient ritual and symbolism. We will collectivelly co- create a traditional Day of the Dead altar with photos of our deceased loved ones. An in depth explanation of the vairous Day of the Dead symbols and rituals will be provided to honor this sacred time of year. We will intentionally create a Calavera de Azucar ( a Sugared Skull) to the healing sounds of singing bowls.
WINTER SOLSTICE RITUALS for Release & Renewal

The Winter Solstice is one of the four great seasonal turnings. It’s a time of endings and beginnings, a time to harvest the experience of the old year and to create momentum for the new. It is the season for clearing the past and imagining the future, as the light returns to the Northern Hemisphere. The more we can consciously recapitulate the year that has passed, and engage our intentions for the year to come, the more we can feel the power and promise that arises during periods of great change We’ll meditate together around the sacred fire, perform a ceremony of recapitulation and intention forming: looking back at the year gone by resolving some of personal karmas and setting powerful intentions!
