Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Aurora Adventures LLC and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default, of any company or person in preforming these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such accuses. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Aurora Adventures LLC isn’t responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours/trips arranged by Aurora Adventures LLC. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy that includes trip cancellation insurance that will cover some of the expenses associated with baggage loss, trip cancellation or an accident.*

A release of liability form will be sent after your registration and payment is received and it must be signed by all participants prior to each trip. Participation will not be allowed on our trips without a signed Release of Liability Form, and there will be no trip fee refund. For Insider Travel Arrangement Services, the booking terms & conditions that was sent to you via email will be binding once you have made your booking with us and paid your deposit*

PHOTO RELEASE: We will be taking pictures of the tour and will be sharing those special moments with you via email and other social media. In order to share pictures we need you to agree to the following.  I grant Aurora Adventures, LLC, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me and my property in connection with the above tour. I authorize Aurora Adventures, LLC, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Aurora Adventures, LLC may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
