For me, traveling abroad is all about connecting to the soul of the region and its people. I have dedicated most of my life to offering alternative, independent and unconventional travel experiences because I am inspired when I observe travelers have those transformative moments of awe and wonderment. Those moments bridge cross-cultural differences, open the heart, and can ultimately create positive change for a better world.

Aurora Adventures by Dawn Feuerberg develops uniquely personalized adventures with flexible itineraries that focus on connecting you to the heart & soul of the region. Our tours offer an alternative form of travel, exclusively tailored to the particular interests of your group. We have organized yoga retreats, Spanish language tours, art retreats, spiritual journeys, wildlife adventures, surf safaris and Eco-voluntourism tours.

We don’t believe in off-the-shelf vacation packages. We believe your time away is precious and has to be just right for you. And we believe that, when it comes to your vacation, the greatest luxury of all is the assurance that you have a well- connected experience where the logistics are taken care of – leaving you to sit back, relax and enjoy your time away.
It all starts with a phone call. We take the time to listen and understand what you’re looking for. Then we start to craft your your adventure around your interests, preferences and budget.

Great experience form my first time leaving the country. While very organized, there is also ample time to do what you want in fertile and cater to yourself. There is an abundance in history and culture in both the excursion and personal interactions. Also a very safe city.
